A few people have asked about references so here's what I can and can't give you!
Factual references - eg. when you worked and what you worked as - come from Vix Metcalfe as she has all the info. Ask her for the store telephone number and any other contact details a prospective employer might need from you.
Character/textual/working references - eg. how you worked, your successes and your character - ideally come from Steve O'Brien or Steve Moss as they are your line managers, but with the current situation, if a prospective employer would accept a reference from a supervisor I could give one out.
